Refund policy
OVERVIEW
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please note: Returns must be sent to the return address we provide. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If applicable, we may provide a return shipping label after your return is approved.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new product.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EUROPEAN UNION (14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
