PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping time begins once your order has been processed and shipped.


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

These are estimated delivery windows. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If you have not received tracking details after this time, please contact us at avenorabeauty@yahoo.com and we will assist you.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

AVENORA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on location.


DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, AVENORA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

AVENORA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier first. If further assistance is needed, please reach out to us at avenorabeauty@yahoo.com.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. AVENORA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at avenorabeauty@yahoo.com so we can attempt to update it before your order is shipped.
