Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your AVENORA purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at avenorabeauty@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been opened or used

Late or Missing Refunds
